Recommend a Friend Program Terms and Conditions Thank you for participating in our Recommend a Friend Program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating. Eligibility This program is open to all existing clients of Pure Bliss Complementary Clinic Referred friends must be new clients who have not previously received services from Pure Bliss Complementary Clinic. How the Program Works Existing clients ("Referrer") can refer friends ("Referee") by providing them with a referral card issued by Pure Bliss Complementary Clinic. The Referee must present the referral card at the time of booking their first treatment. The Referee must complete and pay for their treatment for the Referrer to be eligible for the discount. Discount Details Both the Referrer and the Referee will receive a 15% discount on their respective treatments. The Referee will receive the 15% discount on their first treatment upon presenting the referral card. The Referrer will receive the 15% discount on their next booking after the Referee has completed their treatment. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. Referral Card Conditions Each referral card is valid for one Referee only. The referral card must be returned and handed in by the Referee at the time of their booking as proof of referral. Lost or damaged referral cards will not be replaced. Referral cards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Validity Period Referral cards are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. Discounts must be redeemed within this validity period. Expired referral cards will not be honored. General Conditions Pure Bliss Complementary Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Pure Bliss Complementary Clinic's decision shall be final and binding. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Package or Offer Changes: If the package or offer associated with the gift card ends, the card can be used towards a different treatment of the same value.

Transferable: If you are unable to use the gift card within the valid period, it can be transferred to a friend. However, the clinic must be informed of this change in advance.

Booking and Usage: Gift cards must be presented at the time of your appointment, and all bookings are subject to availability.

Partial Use: If the full value of the gift card is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use within the validity period.

Lost or Stolen Cards: The clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Cancellation Policy: Our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments booked with a gift card.
